Special ginger concoction

To make the special ginger kashayam or concoction, mix two or three pieces of crushed ginger, 2 tbsp coriander seeds, 3 tbsp jaggery and half table spoon pepper corns in 300 ml boiling water. Reduce the liquid to half. Add a pinch of salt as well. The Ayush ministry prescribes to consume half glass of this concoction on an empty stomach. Besides, you could also drink it two or three times in a day.

Immerse ginger pieces in boiling water for at least 10 minutes. Add some lemon juice. You could add honey if you prefer it sweet. Drinking ginger tea daily would improve the immunity of the body.
