In-built sitting spaces are arranged in the long sit-out. The entrance door crafted in exquisite teak wood opens to the spacious living area. The interiors are done in the open theme, making the spaces well-lit and airy. The living and dining areas are arranged as part of the vast hall. Readymade furniture pieces that match the general theme of the interiors have been used here.

Kitchen too is quite simple with matte finished tiles paved on the floor. The cabinets are done in marine ply and mica lamination. The countertop, meanwhile, has been paved with artificial tiles. An adjacent working kitchen, laundry space and store room complete the kitchen.
