To build a grand mansion that exudes luxury and offers incredible comfort had been the dream of businessman Muneer. The family is now the proud owners of a fabulous house, in Manjeri, Malappuram district, Kerala, that boasts of premium amenities and exclusive design features.

The elevation sports a stunning blend of traditional and contemporary styles. The multi layered slanting roof adds grand elegance to the exteriors. The fabulous pieces of furniture were specially made on the site to suit the theme of the interiors. The regal elegance of teak wood is what makes these pieces exquisite and unique. Interestingly, teak wood is used for paneling and other furnishing in the interiors.

Indian marble that has been used for flooring lends a chic look to the spaces. Meanwhile, the warm toned light fittings make sure that the spaces don amazing ambience. Moreover, customized hanging, concealed and spot lights play vital role in making the interiors shine.

The two courtyards are the highlights of the interiors. The first courtyard is easily accessible from the family living area. The open ceiling is an interesting feature here. The courtyard has a cozy sitting space with eye catching furniture and has paneled flooring too. However, this area is furnished using imported materials that effectively fights moisture and dampness even if they get wet during the rainfall.

Meanwhile, the second courtyard is just beside the dining area. This is a closed courtyard with skylight roof and double height ceiling. The charming vertical garden here brings in a dose of greenery . An entire wall in the formal living area is covered in glass, allowing the guests to enjoy the spectacular view of the adjacent courtyard from here.

The family living area too has a double height ceiling which make the space look vaster. The TV unit is installed on the wall here. Interestingly, this area allows amazing communication between both the floors. The wall near the dining table is highlighted with attractive veneer paneling.

The stairway features the classic combination of teak wood and toughened glass. This leads to a spacious upper hall where a comfortable living area has been arranged.

The kitchen cupboards are done in marine plywood with acrylic finish. Nano white has been paved on the counter top. A quaint breakfast counter with a nano white top too is part of the main kitchen.

The bedrooms, meanwhile, reflect the unique interests and likes of the family members. There are three bedrooms in the ground floor while two are in the upper floor. The head side walls are highlighted with elegant paneling in teak finish. The spacious bedrooms have attached bathrooms, wardrobes and separate dressing spaces.

It’s been two months since the family has moved into their brand new house, after celebrating the house warming ritual in January. The owner has ensured that there is a personal touch of warmth and love in every corner of this house, making it a haven of luxury and comfort.
