Nasar's brand new luxury mansion at his hometown in Kakkathadam in Malappuram district has already become the talk of the town for its grand opulence. The owner, who runs a business in Dubai, wanted to honour the country that gave him all the luxuries in life by designing his house in fabulous Arabian theme.
The design of the exteriors has been influenced from the regal Turkish patterns. The elevation is plain without any design gimmicks. Meanwhile, the interiors throw an array of pleasant surprises. The structure is built by leaving lots of space in the front so that the grand elegance of the elevation could be enjoyed in all its majestic beauty. A long drive way from the gate leads to the porch. Motion sensor lighting is installed here which lights up automatically when the vehicles pass through the drive way. These lights run on solar power.
There is a spacious car porch, sit out, formal and family living areas, dining space, prayer area, ladies sitting area, kitchen with a work area and three bedrooms in the ground floor while the upper floor has a living area, home theatre, gym, three bedrooms and a balcony. The grand mansion that sprawls in 12500 sqft is truly an architectural marvel.
The interiors are designed in the open style. The entrance door opens to the spacious hall. Each space has been fabulously arranged at the various spots in this mega hall. The extravagance of the Italian marble flooring grants a regal look to the interiors. Most of the furniture pieces are imported from China. The spectacular light fittings and the mesmerizing ceiling, meanwhile, were brought exclusively from Dubai.
The beautiful hand railings of the stairway that spreads in two floors feature some breath taking intricate works. The same team of artisans that did the grand hand railings of the Arackal Palace in Wayanad that was featured earlier is credited for designing such a stunning piece here too. These extra ordinary hand railings with its glorious designer works has been done in alloy finish.
One could enter the pool cum recreation area directly from the ladies sitting area and the dining space too. This area, which is designed by ensuring privacy, is the favorite spot for the family to enjoy some memorable moments whenever they are here for the holidays.
The bedrooms are incredibly spacious. Wooden flooring is the highlight of the upper storey bedrooms. The bath attached bedrooms have in - built wardrobes, separate dressing spaces and sitting spaces.
The spacious kitchen boasts of all the modern facilities. The cabinets are done in acrylic and mica finish. Meanwhile, the counter top has been paved with Kalinga stones. A quaint breakfast table and an adjacent work area too are part of the kitchen.
The house stands in 40 cents of the 90 cents land. The family has planted countless trees and plants in the remaining 50 cents. The owner had spent quite a lot of money just to make sure that this house is surrounded by greenery. Natural buffalo grass has been paved in the lawns in the landscape. Lots of rare trees, plants and shrubs too are part of the beautiful garden.
This awe inspiring mansion is the perfect New Year gift for the owner and his family who has worked really hard in another country for years. The family celebrated the house warming ritual in December. Though they had returned to Dubai after conducting the ceremony, the family can’t wait for their next holidays to enjoy the warmth and luxury of their mega mansion.
