Minimalism has been the fast growing trend in home and decor in the recent times. Interestingly, for this simple yet beautiful house in Kozhikode, Kerala, the designer who owned the house reworked the concepts and designs a couple of times before finalizing the current style.

Instead of building a brand new house, the designer decided to give his old house a modern makeover. The old house had smaller spaces with just two bedrooms. Though renovating the old structure is more expensive, he didn’t want to dismantle the house that is filled with nostalgic memories.
