What do you feel after winning the first runner up title of Miss Kerala?
I didn’t have lots of expectations when I decided to participate in the beauty pageant. However, I could feel my confidence level going up after each round. I had worked really hard and was determined to give my best. I believe that this title is the result of such dedication and hard work.

Have you analysed your performance after the pageant? Do you think you could have done better in a round?
I was really tensed about the question – answer round. I thought that I was a bit weak there. Sometimes, I would go blank and wouldn’t have clarity about what to say. That would really dent our confidence. But, I was able to overcome it with the excellent grooming that I had received from the organisers. I was able to perform in this round with confidence. However, I think I need to hone my skills there and I am trying for it.

Which round was the most confident one?
All the rounds were amazing. However, I think I performed the best in the gown round. I had worn a fabulous outfit designed by Sanjana John in that round. I felt that I did really well. I was feeling bold and beautiful in that round. I had worn a lehenga and a saree in the other rounds.

Have you competed in other beauty pageants?
I was ten when I walked the ramp for the first time. But, my first professional beauty pageant was at the age of 16. I was one of the top 8 contestants at the May Queen pageant in 2018. The next year, I won the second runner up at the May Queen and YGC Queen pageants. I was the title winner of Miss Millennial Model 2020.

Have you decided to pursue a career in modelling?
I am a second-year BTech student at Kanjirappally Amal Jyothi College of Engineering. Currently, I would like to focus on my studies. I have decided to pursue modelling as a career after completing my course.

Family?
Even though I was born in Ernakulam I grew up in Bahrain. I studied there until class twelve. I returned to Kerala to pursue my higher studies. My family is still settled in Bahrain. Father Liffy Paulose is a businessman while my mother Sini Antony works as a human resource personnel. I have a sister, Liyona, who is a student.
