Kochi: Here is something budding entrepreneurs should listen to.
Think big, start small and scale your business gradually.
Gauruv Arora, head, Startup Ecosystem, Amazon Internet Services, believes that this is the trajectory startups should try to follow.
Invoking Amazon's own inventory of tales, he said the firm dared to experiment and failed. There are many instances in which Amazon itself failed and hence startups shouldn't hesitate to experiment, he said at the Techspectations 2016, a digital summit to commemorate Manoramaonline's two decades of existence.
As a principle, aspiring entrepreneurs should put customers first, then dare to invent and later on simplify their services, he said.
To be a successful startup, preparation is also vital factor, according to him.
While focusing on customers, startups should also stay tuned to what customers are doing.
After that the idea should be to think differently and figure out how to differentiate from them, he said.
