Kochi: Prime accused in the solar scam Saritha S. Nair on Saturday declined to divulge details of the in-camera hearing before Justice G. Sivarajan Commission probing the case.
Saritha told reporters that she did not know who had tried to influence her for the CPM, as alleged by the ruling UDF, in connection with the revelations over the scam.
"The name of the person who offered me money was Prashant. I don't know whether he was a CPM activist or not. He had said that he was sent by CPM leader E.P. Jayarajan. I have no idea whether that was true. He had offered me Rs 10 crore for revealing the details of the solar case. The UDF power centres had been controlling me. So, I had not taken any interest in what he had said," Saritha told media here.
