Kochi: Solar-scam accused Saritha S. Nair on Friday submitted evidence material of the sexual abuse she had to suffer in connection with the case to the probe panel in a sealed cover.
Saritha also said that she has given in the details of the controversial letter, she had written while in jail.
The Justice Sivarajan Commission continued the interrogation of Saritha after collecting evidence from her.
"The Kerala Government had issued an order in favour of the Team Solar for the setting up of solar panels at Wayanad Collectorate. The personal assistant of Wayanad MP M.I. Shanavas did all the help," Saritha deposed before the Commission.

During her interrogation, Saritha also claimed that she had given Rs 20 lakh to the police association.
"I gave the money to secretary G.R. Ajith near Secretariat building as donation. It was promised that solar panels will be set up at all police stations. Our company had also given advertisement in police association's magazine. Though it was told that the advertisement will be given in the name of Team Solar, it was changed to a well-wisher as I was in jail during this time," she added.

She also said that she will hand over all evidence to the commission by Saturday.
Saritha had unleashed a host of bribery allegations against the leaders of the ruling UDF, accusing them of not extending the promised help to her.
She then raised allegations of sexual abuse, but refused to divulge the details. It was then that the commission asked her to submit the details in a sealed cover.
