Don’t let its luxurious appearance fool you; the Ambani Laddoo is surprisingly easy to make.

In recent times, the name 'Ambani' has become synonymous with opulence and luxury. From extravagant weddings to lavish celebrations, the Ambani family’s taste for grandeur is well-known. Now, a new trend has emerged that brings that same luxury into the world of desserts: the Ambani Laddoo. Unlike your typical laddoos, which are often made with simple ingredients like chickpea flour and sugar, the Ambani Laddoo is a decadent creation packed with dry fruits, nuts, seeds, and a rich blend of flavours that make it both indulgent and nutritious.

This viral recipe, first shared by content creator Ishika Sahoo on her Instagram, has quickly become a sensation on social media. Ingredients
Almonds
Cashews
Pistachios
Lotus seeds (makhana)
Raisins
Dates
Sunflower seeds
Pumpkin seeds
Sesame seeds
Ghee
Semolina (rava)

Preparation
Start by chopping the almonds, cashews, and pistachios into small pieces
Set them aside for later
Take the lotus seeds (makhana) and grind them into a fine powder using a mixer or grinder
This will serve as one of the key components of the laddoo
Heat ghee in a pan, and add the chopped almonds, cashews, pistachios, powdered makhana, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, and raisins
Sauté the mixture for a few minutes until the nuts are roasted and aromatic
Set it aside to cool
Remove the pits from the dates and blend them into a smooth paste
This will help bind the mixture together and add natural sweetness
In the same pan, heat a bit more ghee, then add the blended dates and semolina (rava)
Stir well to ensure the semolina is cooked and blended evenly with the dates
Once the semolina and dates are well combined, add the sautéed nuts and seeds mixture to the pan
Mix everything together thoroughly to form a smooth, uniform texture
Allow the mixture to cool down slightly
Once it’s cool enough to handle, divide the mixture into 12 equal portions. Roll each portion into a ball, shaping them into perfect laddoos
Your luxurious, nutrient-packed Ambani Laddoos are ready to be served!
