Ingredients
Peels of three bananas
1 cup all purpose flour
½ cup chickpea flour
1 tsp rice powder1/4 tsp cardamom powder
2 tbsp sugar
¼ tsp baking soda
Salt as required
Water as required
Coconut oil to fry
Preparation
Scrape off both sides of a banana peel
Wash them thoroughly
Cut them into similar sized pieces
Prepare the batter by mixing all purpose flour, chickpea flour, rice powder, cardamom powder, sugar and baking soda
Add salt and water as required
Dip the banana peels in the batter
Fry these in hot coconut oil until both sides are cooked nicely
