Ingredients
2 cups roasted rice flour
1 cup urad dal powder
2 cups flattened rice
½ tsp salt
4 ½ cups water
Preparation
Mix rice flour, urad dal powder, flattened rice, salt and water in a big bowl
Grind these in a mixer jar
Keep the batter aside for at least eight hours
Grease the idli mould with some oil
Pour the batter in them
Steam for ten minutes
Soft idlis are ready
