Ingredients
1 raw mango
1 cup grated coconut
3 red chillies
1 tsp mustard seeds
1 cup yogurt
Salt, to taste
2 sprigs curry leaves
Preparation
Grind the raw mango with grated coconut, red chillies, yogurt, and salt until smooth
Crush the mustard seeds
Heat coconut oil in a pan
Add crushed mustard seeds, red chillies, and curry leaves to the pan and roast until fragrant
Pour the tempered spices over the mango-coconut mixture
