Ingredients
1 cup raspberries
1 cup blueberries
1 cup blackberries
3 tbsp basil seeds
¾ cup water
2 cups yogurt
2 tbsp honey
Preparation
Mix the basil seeds in ¾ cup of water and let them soak well
Take the blueberries, blackberries, and raspberries in a bowl and crush them nicely
Add yogurt to the crushed berries and mix well
Incorporate the soaked basil seeds into the mixture
Add honey and give everything a good mix
Sprinkle some chopped nuts on top
