Ingredients
1 pineapple
¼ cup sugar
4-5 tbsp vinegar
¼ tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp rock salt
Salt to taste
½ tsp chilli powder
2 tsp roasted cumin seeds
¼ tsp pepper powder

Preparation
Roast the pineapple over a flame until the skin turns black
Once cooled, remove the skin and slice the pineapple into thin pieces
Heat a pan and add the pineapple slices, sugar, and vinegar
Stir in turmeric powder, salt, rock salt, and chilli powder. Mix well
Add roasted cumin seeds and pepper powder. Sauté until fragrant
Allow the mixture to cook thoroughly, then let it cool down
Blend the cooled mixture in a mixer jar until smooth
Transfer the chutney to a serving dish and sprinkle with chilli powder
