Ingredients
3 tbsp quick oats
½ of a ripe plantain
1 egg + 1 egg white
3 dates
¼ tsp baking powder
½ tsp cinnamon powder
2 tbsp almond milk
1 scoop chocolate whey protein powder

Preparation
Blend all ingredients in a mixer jar

Grease a pan with ghee
