Ingredients
1 cup cabbage (grated)
½ cup rice flour
½ chickpea flour
1 tsp corn flour
½ tsp ginger – garlic paste
½ - ¾ tsp chili powder
½ tsp garam masala
¼ tsp red food colour (optional)
Baking soda
1 tsp soy sauce (optional)
Salt as required
2 tsp finely chopped coriander leaves
Oil to fry
Preparation
Mix all the ingredients, except oil, in a large bowl by adding some water
Heat oil in a pan
Make small balls from the mixture and add into the oil
Fry on medium flame until they turn golden in colour
Scoop them out and remove excess oil using a tissue
Garnish with finely chopped onion, coriander leaves and a dash of lemon juice.
