This delicious snack cooked with ripe plantain is a filling dish to be enjoyed with evening tea. You need not use any oil in this snack which is cooked in steam. Check out the recipe.
Ingredients
1 ½ cups rice flour
4 ripe plantains
2 tbsp ghee
½ tsp cardamom powder
1 cup grated coconut
1 tsp cashews
2 tbsp powdered sugar
2 tbsp black raisins
Preparation
Steam the ripe plantains and mash them well
Add rice flour into it
Mix well
Make small balls from this and press in the middle
Cook these in steam for ten more minutes
Heat ghee in a pan
Fry the cashews and raisins
Add grated coconut, powdered sugar and cardamom powder
Mix well
Now add the steamed plantain balls
Give everything a good mix
