Ingredients
2 kg palayamkodan banana
1 kg brown sugar (one that contains fewer calories than white sugar)
1 teaspoon instant yeast
3 red chillies (dried)
5 pieces cardamom
5 pieces clove
2 pieces cinnamon
1 small piece of ginger
2 litres of water

Preparation
Boil two litres of water and let it cool down
Crush and mix red chillies, cardamom, clove, cinnamon, and ginger
Peel off the bananas and crush them as well
Take a clean jar and put the banana, sugar, crushed masala mix, and yeast
Add water to the same, stir well, close it with a lid and keep it aside for a whole night
Sieve out the wine the next morning and store it in glass jars
The special banana wine is ready
