Ingredients
1 cup green gram
1 small piece ginger
1 green chilly
1/2 red chilly flakes
1 tbsp onion sliced
1 tbsp tomato sliced
1 tbsp coriander leaves chopped
1/4 tsp baking soda
Oil
Butter
Salt

Preparation
Soak the green gram in water for an hour
After that, drain the water away and put it in a mixer grinder with a piece of ginger and green chilly, adding some water
Make it into a paste, and keep it aside
Add salt, 1/2 tsp red chilly flakes and mix it
Add chopped onions, tomatoes, coriander leaves, and mix again
Add 1/4 tsp baking soda, mix the mixture
Heat oil on a pan
Pour the mix into the pan, and cook it for 2 minutes closing with a lid
Cook both sides
On its middle portion, put 1 tsp butter and heat till the omelette is fully cooked
