Ingredients
1¼ cup maida
1 egg
1 tsp baking powder
¼ tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
½ cup unsalted butter
4 tbsp smooth peanut butter
3 tbsp brown sugar
½ cup granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla essence
24-round chocolate truffles
48 candy eyes
½ cup chocolate chips
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F
Beat peanut butter and unsalted butter together
Add brown sugar and granulated sugar to this mixture and beat till they turn fluffy
beat in vanilla essence and egg
In another bowl, mix maida, baking powder, baking soda and salt together
Make 24 balls using the dough and place them on a baking tray
Bake for 10 minutes
Pull out from the oven and immediately press a measuring spoon in the middle of each ball to make dimples
Bake them again for 5-10 minutes
When the cookies are cooled, place chocolate truffles in the dimples
Melt the chocolate chips
Pour them into a pastry pouch with a small opening
Pipe 8 legs on each cookie
Glue 2 candy eyes each to the cookies using melted chocolate
Cool them until set and serve
