Ingredients
2 teaspoons of light butter
1.5 teaspoon sliced garlic
1.5 teaspoon chopped chillies
150 grams of cleaned prawns
1 tablespoon of coconut milk
1/3 lemon
1 teaspoon soya sauce
Salt to taste
1 teaspoon white sesame seeds
Preparation
Heat a pan and sauté garlic along with chilly till it turns golden in colour
Add prawns, soya sauce and salt
Cook for two to three minutes
Add coconut milk and lemon
Cook till the sauce turns solid
Decorate the dish by sprinkling sesame seeds over it
