Ingredients
2 cups leftover rice
3 cups all purpose flour
Salt as required
Oil as required

Preparation
Mix the rice, all purpose flour, salt and oil
Grease the mixer jar with some oil before transferring this mixture into it
Blend well; do not add water
If the dough becomes sticky, add more oil to soften it
Knead well into a ball and rub enough oil
Keep the dough aside for at least two hours
You could mix the dough on the kitchen counter top
Cut them into small balls
Cover the dough using a wet cloth
Roll the dough balls into thin sheets
Cut strips using a sharp knife
Roll these strips into a coil
Make sure to rub some oil on the palms before kneading the dough
Press these using your hands into flatbreads
Cook the porotta on a hot pan
Super soft and flaky rice porotta is ready.
