Ingredients
1 ½ kg beef bone
3 -4 cardamom pods
½ tsp cumin
2 tsp pepper powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp garam masala
3 cups water
1 ½ tbsp ginger - garlic paste
10 shallots (crushed)
Salt as required
1 tbsp butter
8 shallots (chopped)
½ cup chopped coriander leaves
2 eggs

Preparation
Take the beef bone, cardamom pods, cumin seeds, pepper powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, water, ginger - garlic paste, crushed shallots and salt in a pressure cooker
Cook for an hour
Meanwhile, heat butter in a pan
Sauté the shallots until brown in colour
Add the sautéed shallots into the soup
Add half cup coriander leaves and pepper powder too
When the soup boils, add 2 beaten eggs
Keep stirring until the eggs get cooked
Turn off the flame after a minute
Beef bone soup tastes best when served hot
