Ingredients
2 boiled potatoes
1 tsp chilli flakes
1 tsp pepper powder
20 gms butter
¼ cup rice flour
Salt as required
Oil to fry
Preparation
Mash the boiled potatoes well
Into it add butter and salt
Mix well
Add pepper powder, chilli flakes, rice powder and corn flour
Give everything a good mix
Scoop balls from this dough and shape them into sticks
Fry in hot oil
