Ingredients
1 cup millet powder
¾ cup jackfruit varattiyathu (jackfruit puree reduced in ghee and jaggery)
½ cup grated coconut
¼ cup jaggery powder
1 ½ tsp dried ginger powder and cumin powder
½ tsp cardamom powder
A pinch of salt
Water as required

Preparation
Mix millet powder, jackfruit varattiyathu, grated coconut, jaggery powder, dried ginger powder, cumin powder, cardamom powder and salt
Pour lukewarm water as required
Mix into soft batter
Pour the batter into the leaf moulds
Fold and secure the edges of the leaves
Steam for 20 – 30 minutes
Delicious jackfruit ada is ready.
