Ingredients
1 cup cabbage
1 cup carrot
1 cup beans
1 onion
½ tsp chilli flakes
½ tsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 tsp mustard seeds
Salt as required
½ cup water
Preparation
Heat coconut oil in an earthen vessel
Splutter the mustard seeds
Add all the vegetables
Into it add turmeric powder, chili flakes and salt
Sprinkle some water too
Close the lid and cook
Delicious mixed vegetable thoran is ready.
