Ingredients
15 gms roasted oats
300 ml milk
50 gms grated carrot
1 tsp honey
1 cardamom pod
1 tsp orange zest
5 -6 almonds (powdered)

Preparation
Make sure the oats is nicely roasted
Boil the milk
Mix the carrot in the milk
Lower the flame before adding the oats
When the milk boils and the kheer begin to thicken, add honey if required
Now add cardamom powder and orange zest
Mix well
Garnish with powdered almonds.
