Culinary expert Lakshmi Nair, in a recent episode of her vlog, introduces a high protein breakfast recipe using few ingredients that would fit right in with your weightloss diet. Check out the recipe here:

Ingredients
1 green chilli
1 big onion
1 medium sized carrot
¾ cup moong dal
1 cup oats
½ tsp turmeric powder
Coriander leaves

Preparation
Soak the moong dal for at least three hours
Meanwhile, soak the oats while preparing the veggies
Grind the soaked moong dal and oats in a mixer jar by adding enough water
Transfer this batter into another bowl
Into it add turmeric powder and salt as required
Now add chopped green chilies, grated carrot and coriander leaves
Add some more water if required
Heat a pan or a tawa
Grease the tawa with sesame oil
Pour a ladle full of batter and spread like crepe
Flip and cook
Enjoy the delicious and high protein oats breakfast.
