Ingredients
2 cups idli rice
½ cup urad dal
¼ tbsp fenugreek seeds
Water as required
Coconut shell
2 tbsp oil

Preparation
Soak the rice and urad dal
Grind them with fenugreek seeds
Keep it aside for at least 8 hours
Clean the coconut shell
Rub some oil on the shell
Pour the batter into the coconut shell
Cook in steam
Enjoy the idli with sambar or coconut chutney.
