Ingredients
½ cup mung beans
Salt as required
A pinch of turmeric powder
Water as required
1 medium sized onion
1 medium sized tomato
¼ tsp pepper powder
1 tsp lemon juice
Preparation
Wash the mung beans
Prepare the sprouts
Pressure cook the sprouts with turmeric and salt until a whistle
Add finely chopped onions and tomatoes into the cooked sprouts
Season with salt and pepper
Add a dressing of lemon juice
Mix well
