Ingredients
3 cups of milk
1 ½ tbsp sour curd
Preparation
Boil the milk
Simmer the milk for 5 minutes after it has boiled
Turn off the milk and allow it to cool down
Add the precursor curd into the cooled down milk
Mix well
Pour the milk into an earthen pot or glass jar
Cover the container and keep aside for at least 8 hours
In cold places, it would take more than 8 hours for coagulating.
