Ingredients
3 ripe bananas
2 eggs
¼ cup sugar
3 cardamom pods
½ cup all purpose flour
½ tsp baking powder
1 tsp ghee

Preparation
Take the ripe banana pieces, eggs, sugar and cardamom in a mixer jar
Blend into smooth paste
Into it add the all-purpose flour and baking powder
Blend well
Grease an unniyappam vessel with ghee
Pour the batter into the greased holes
Cook with the lid on
After a minute, flip the snack
Cook until both sides are nicely done
Enjoy the ripe banana snack with hot tea or coffee.
