Clove-ginger tea for weight loss

Ingredients

3 cloves
1 small piece of cinnamon
1 small piece of ginger
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 glass water

Preparation

Crush the cloves, ginger and cinnamon
Transfer these into a glass
Pour one glass hot water into it
Cover it with a lid and keep aside for half an hour
After half an hour, add the lemon juice and honey
Mix well
This herbal drink could be enjoy on an empty stomach in the morning.
