Ingredients
4 tbsp oats
3-4 dates
1 cup milk
1 medium-sized banana
1 tbsp peanut butter (optional)
Preparation
Soak oats and dates in milk for 10 minutes
Take this soaked mixture, banana and peanut butter in mixer jar
Blend well
Pour the smoothie into a glass
