Ingredients
1 cup semolina
½ cup sugar
2 tbsp ghee
7-8 cashews
2 tbsp raisins
3 eggs
3 cardamom pods
½ tsp baking powder
Preparation
Grind the semolina and sugar into powder in the small mixer jar
Heat 1 tbsp ghee in a pan
Fry the raisins and cashews
Set them aside to be used later
Take the eggs, cardamom, 1 ½ tbsp ghee and the semolina and sugar powder
Blend well
Add baking powder and blend
Boil water in a steamer
Grease the idli tray
Pour the batter into the greased tray
Garnish with fried cashews and raisins
Cook on medium flame for 10 minutes.
