Ingredients
5 bread slices
¼ cup rice flour
¼ cup yoghurt
1 onion (chopped)
1 inch piece of ginger (chopped)
2 green chillies (chopped)
2 sprigs curry leaves
Salt as required
Water as required
Oil as required
Preparation
Crumble the bread slices in a mixer jar
Into it add rice flour, yoghurt, onion, ginger, green chillies, salt, curry leaves and water
Mix into a semi loose batter
Heat oil in a pan
Scoop some batter; shape it into vada with a hole in the middle
Fry the bread vada in hot oil until all sides are golden brown in colour
Enjoy crispy bread vada with coconut chutney.
