Ingredients
1 cup milk/water
1 tbsp butter
¾ cup all purpose flour
2 eggs
Refined oil to fry

Preparation
First way
Boil the water/milk by adding butter in it
Into the hot water/milk add the all purpose flour and some salt
Mix into soft dough
Add the egg when the dough has cooled down a bit
Mix well
Make balls and roll into small cylinders
Fry these in hot oil
Second way
You could also use a beater to mix the egg into the dough
Transfer the dough into a piping bag
Pipe into hot oil as small pieces
Fry until golden brown on medium heat
Sprinkle powdered sugar and cinnamon powder (optional) on the fried churros
The churros wouldn’t break apart in hot oil if the dough is frozen for an hour or two
Serve fried churros with chocolate sauce, honey or a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
