Puri is a favourite of all people. If the puri is not eaten immediately after preparation it will be soft. Then if you have semolina, you can prepare the puri which stays fresh for hours.
Ingredients
1.5 cup semolina
1/2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp oil/ghee
Water -as needed
Oil-for frying
Preparation
Put the semolina in the mixer and grind well
Add salt, sugar, oil or ghee and mix well. Add water little by little and knead for about ten minutes
Cover the dough and set aside for 15 minutes
Divide the dough into small lemon sized balls.
