Ingredients
2 pomegranates
3 -4 green chillies
¼ cup sugar
1 litre yoghurt (hang the yoghurt in a soft muslin cloth to drain off the water)
Coriander leaves to garnish
Preparation
Mix sugar and salt as required in the yoghurt
Add pomegranate seeds too
Garnish with coriander leaves
Enjoy the pomegranate salad.
Note: You could add other fruits and veggies for flavour. Apples and pineapple that are stewed in sugar or veggies like cucumbers and celery make the salad extra delicious.
