Ingredients
1 cup green grapes (seedless)
¾ cup grated coconut
2 green chillies
1 tsp crushed chillies
1 cup yoghurt
Curry leaves
Salt as required
A pinch of asafoetida powder
¼ tsp mustard seeds
A pinch of cumin
1 tsp oil
A small piece ginger

Preparation
Wash the grapes and cut them into small pieces
Grind the coconut with ginger, green chilli and some water into smooth paste
Mix this coconut paste in the yoghurt
Add the green grapes and salt too
Heat oil in a pan and splutter mustard seeds and cumin
Turn off the flame
Add chilli flakes and curry leaves
Now add the asafoetida powder too
Add this spiced tempering into the yoghurt - grapes mix
Mix well
Enjoy the green grapes pachadi.
