Ingredients
2 -3 ripe big bananas
1 cup wheat flour
½ cup grated coconut
1 egg
1 ½ tbsp black sesame seeds
3 -4 cardamom pods
½ tsp dried ginger powder
4 cubes jaggery
Oil as required

Preparation
Melt the jaggery and pass it through a sieve
Add the banana pieces, wheat flour, melted jaggery, egg, dried ginger powder, cardamom and water as required in a mixer jar
Blend well
Into this batter add black sesame seeds and grated coconut
Mix well
Heat oil in an unniyappam vessel
Pour spoons full of batter into the holes
Flip and cook
Soft and tasty banana - wheat unniyappam is ready.
