Cilantro mint club sandwich

Ingredients
Three slices of bread (Whole Wheat or White)
For the green spread
1 cup cilantro
½ cup mint
1 small piece ginger
2 garlics
½ to one lemon
3 tbsp mayonnaise
Grated coconut
Salt as per taste

Preparation
In a blender, blend the above-mentioned items to make a smooth paste
Take 3 slices of bread and spread the blended paste and mayo (or butter) on alternate sides of the bread slices, club the three slices together, then cut it diagonally

Tuna sandwich

Ingredients
Two slices of bread (Whole Wheat or White)
For the tuna sandwich spread
2 cans chunk tuna light
½ cup chopped onion
½ cup chopped lettuce
3 tbsp mayonnaise
½ to one lemon
Salt as per taste
Optional: ½ tsp pepper powder

Preparation
Take 2 slices of bread, spread the mix between the bread slices
Melt tuna sandwich

Egg Sandwich

Ingredients
Two slices of bread (Whole Wheat or White)
For the egg sandwich spread
3 eggs
½ cup chopped onion
½ cup chopped lettuce
3 tbsp mayonnaise
½ tsp chilli flakes
Salt as per taste
Optional: ½ tbsp simulated bacon bits

Preparation
In a bowl, mix three chopped eggs with chopped onion, lettuce, 3 tbsp mayonnaise, 1/2 tbsp chilli flakes and salt
Add 1/2 tbsp of bacon bits for an extra taste (optional)
Take 2 slices of bread, spread the mix between the bread slices, cut it diagonally
