Soft wheat poori could be easily prepared using just a few ingredients. Here is the recipe.
Ingredients
3 cups wheat flour
Salt as required
1 ¼ - 1 ½ cups lukewarm water
Oil as required
Preparation
Mix the wheat flour with some salt and water into poori dough
Mix the dough for at least 10 minutes until it turns soft
Keep the dough aside for 4 hours
Make lemon sized balls from the dough
Roll these balls into 4 -5 inch pooris
Fry the pooris in hot oil until they turn golden in colour
Enjoy the soft wheat pooris with potato curry or chickpeas masala.
