Ingredients
4 boiled eggs
4 tbsp yoghurt (mixed with turmeric powder, chili powder, garam masala and some roasted cumin powder)
1 tbsp oil
¼ tsp turmeric powder
2 tsp Kashmiri chilli powder
¼ tsp garam masala
½ tsp cumin powder
1 big onion
2 tomatoes
3 green chillies
1 tsp cumin
1 tbsp tomato sauce
Salt as required
Coriander leaves
Preparation
Marinate the eggs with some turmeric powder, chilli powder and garam masala
Heat oil in a pan and fry these eggs
Keep them aside to be used later
In the same oil sauté cumin, green chillies, onion and salt
Add the tomato puree after some time
Sauté well
Into it add the yoghurt spiced with the masala powders
Keep stirring until the oil begins to separate
Finally add the fried eggs
Give everything a good mix.
