Ingredients
2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
2 tsp dried thyme
2 tsp dried rosemary
1 tsp dried sage
1 tsp garlic powder
If you don't have the dried herbs, replace with 5 teaspoons Italian seasoning
Preparation
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
Generously brush turkey with olive oil, then rub in the seasoning mixture.
Cook following your preferred time and temperature.
