But our experiments don't end there. There are lot more recipes we need to try. Here's one such recipe using raw mango. This raw mango chicken curry can be relished with chapathi, appam or rice.

Ingredients
1/2kg chicken
1 onion diced
1tbsp+1tsp chicken masala
½ cup coconut
Salt as needed
Curry leaves
2tbsp+ 1tbsp coconut oil
1 cup water
Half raw mango
¼ tsp mustard seeds

Preparation
Pour oil in a frying pan and add half onion diced, coconut, and dried chillies into it.
After three minutes, add 1tbsp chicken masala and mix thoroughly.
Switch off the burner and let it cool fro sometime.
Add some water into the mixture and blend it in a mixer.
In a wok, add 2 tbsp oil and mustard seeds.
Also add the rest of the onion and curry leaves and saute.
When onion turns golden colour, add chicken masala and saute.
Add chicken into it and saute for three minutes. Also add enough salt.
Into this, add the previous mixture along with water.
Once it is properly mixed, add raw mangoes into it.
Mix it and close the lid. Let it cook in medium flame.
Once the curry thickens, and keep it for five minutes before serving.
