Ingredients
1 kg millet
500 gm wheat
250 gm green grams
250 gm corn
250 gm white grains
250 gm peanuts
250 gm almonds

Preparation
Wash the millets well and allow them to sprout
Lightly dry roast the sprout millets
Dry roast the rest of the ingredients as well
You could then grind everything together into fine powder
To prepare porridge using this mix, add 1 cup water into a palm full of health mix
Mix well without forming any lumps
Cook until it thickens up
Add salt as required
You could also cook it in milk 
Add jaggery or rock candies if you prefer to have it sweet
Add ghee if required.
