Ingredients
1 big banana
100 gm butter
50 gm sugar
50 ml orange juice
10 ml red wine or rum
A pinch of clove powder
3 scoops vanilla ice cream

Preparation
Peel the banana and split it in half
Heat butter in a thick bottomed pan
Fry the banana pieces until they turn light brown in color
Keep these banana fritters aside to be used later
Into the same pan add sugar to prepare the caramel syrup
Mix the orange juice in the caramel syrup 
Add the fritters into this sauce
Pour in the red wine/rum
Cook until the orange-caramel sauce thickens up
Sprinkle the clove powder over the fritters
Serve the sweet banana fritters with vanilla ice cream.
