Ingredients
4 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp salt
Sunflower oil as required
1¾ cups water or as required to mix

Preparation
Mix the all purpose flour with water and salt
Mix and stretch well for at least 10-15 minutes
Rub some oil on the counter top and place the dough here
Rub oil on the dough ball and cover it with a wet cloth
Keep it like this for at least 2 hours
After 2 hours, cut the dough into 10 pieces
Roll them into cylinders
Rub oil on them, cover with wet cloth and keep aside for 1 hour
Roll the dough into rectangular sheets
Cut it into strips
Hold the strips together, pull and stretch from both ends
Fold these and cover them with wet cloth
Allow these to rest for 15 more minutes
Now roll them into thick porottas
Rub oil on hot pan
Cook the coin porottas by flipping them
Rub more oil if required
When the porottas are almost done, create layers by beating them using a ladle or your palms
